This page describes what we collect when you use mualani and how we keep that data protected. We operate an online entertainment platform serving users in supported jurisdictions across Indonesia and the wider region. When you open an account, log in from a phone, fund your account via DANAe-wallet, or mobile bankingor place a football market order, we collect information to deliver that service responsibly and securely.

What we collect and why
We collect information in three broad categories: account details, behavioural data, and transaction records. When you register with mualani, we ask for your full name, email, date of birth, phone number, and residential address. We use this to verify your identity (KYC), prevent fraud, and comply with Indonesian financial and gaming regulations.
When you log in to mualani from your Android phone, iOS browser, or a desktop client, we record the device type, IP address, and login time. We use this to detect unauthorized account access and to understand how you use our platform so we can improve performance and stability. Payment data is processed separately
When you transfer funds via QRIS, e-walletor a mobile banking virtual account, the bank or wallet provider handles the actual payment. We see only a confirmation that the deposit arrived, not your card number or PIN.
We also collect records of your betting and casino activity — which games you play, bet amounts, timestamps, and outcomes. This helps us detect patterns that may signal problem use, meet audit requirements, and calculate your account balance accurately. Third-party processors
Our mualani servers sit in data centres outside Indonesia. Each processor has signed a data-processing agreement confirming they will not use your data for their own purposes and will delete it when we ask.

Under Indonesian data protection law, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate information, and ask us to delete your account data (subject to retention obligations for fraud prevention). If you believe we have violated your privacy rights or this policy, you may lodge a complaint with the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology or contact our data protection officer directly. We treat all complaints seriously and will investigate within 14 days. Your service on mualani will not be affected by a privacy complaint.
